High pressure scars wood and removes soft wood leaving the surface feeling rough and splintered. The cleaner with low pressure is the key to cleaning wood without damage. Gray just disappears.

Power Wash Services does minor repairs from replacing broken and rotten boards to sanding hand rails making wood smooth again.

Sealing and Refinishing

Sealing and refinishing insures the life and beauty of wood. We recommend an oil based semi-transparent sealer. Our Cedar finish is the most common color choice. We gurantee our sealer for a minimum of two years.

Pressure-treated does not mean "weatherproofed"

In most areas, over 80% of decks are built using pressure treated lumber. A chemical is injected or applied to the surface to protect the wood from only rot and termites. The treatment does not protect the wood from the weather. In fact, it actually makes the wood surface more porous, even more susceptible, to moisture damage.
