Cleaning:

Home exterior cleaning can be combined with painting.  Power Wash Services takes care not to wash water behind siding or windows and leaves no residue or streaking. A spot free rinse is also available.

Wood can be cleaned with low pressure and a biodegradable deck cleaner.  This easily rinses dirt, mold, and mildew away. High pressure can scar wood and removes soft wood leaving the surface feeling rough and splintered. Our cleaner with low pressure is the key to cleaning wood without damage. Gray just disappears.

Staining

Sealing your building is important for maintaining the look and life of the surface.

• Water based sealers are good for indoors, re-coating other water based sealers, and where odor is a concern.
• Solvent based sealers are best for outdoors. Available in high gloss or low shine finishes.
